I completely understand that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Having said that, please read through the booking policy before booking your appointment: Deposit: Deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit can be moved to a new appointment if you reschedule within a 24 hour notice. Your deposit can only be moved once. If you need to reschedule again, a new deposit will be needed. If you cancel your appointment your deposit will not be refunded and a new deposit will be needed when scheduling a new appointment. Advance Notice: I kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the vacant slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Late: I have a 10 minute late policy. Please call, text or DM me if you are running late. Be advised that however late you are will cut into YOUR appointment. Rescheduling: Frequent rescheduling will result in being blocked from scheduling again. ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE PLEASE REACH OUT IMMEDIATELY AND DIRECTLY TO ME AND I WILL RECTIFY BASED ON THE SPECIFIC CIRCUMSTANCES.
